He was very thorough and took as much time as needed to answer my questions. He saved me a ton at closing since he was so thorough and found things realtor said nobody checked for like water flow issues when he turned on washing machine. Also was able to do weekend so I didn't have to miss work. Worth every penny and I would recommend him to anybody.
