CertaPro was extremely professional and was very thorough in the estimating process. They paid attention to all of the little details. I was very impressed with the level of communication through the entire job. If I left messages they were returned quickly. The foreman called me to touch base before the start of the job to give me a time frame for when he would be there. He was always at the job when he said that he would be. In fact, he was there earlier than we originally anticipated.
