Mike arrived right on time. I live in a building that has two town houses side-by-side. The issue I had was on my side of the building. Mike checked the siding on the entire building for no extra charge. He fixed the issue that I originially called him for and then fixed a couple of other issues he noticed for no extra charge. He pointed out a couple of additional issues he observed that he explained may need to be fixed in the future. He was courteous and very personable. I will use him in the future and reccomend him to friends and family.
